What do I get when I buy a teachmusic.tv pay-for video series?
You will receive a video, emailed to you every week for 6-8 weeks (depending on the video series you have purchased). The video will give you instructions and advice on teaching a music activity or lesson. Plus you will receive, where appropriate, extra downloadable resources such as pdf or mp3 files to accompany your video resource and to enable you to teach the lessons with the minimum of preparation.

I have just signed up to a video series on teachmusic.tv. Why has my first video link email not been sent to me yet?
Our video series are generally sent out on the hour (eg. if you sign up at 3.30, you will receive your first email with video link at 4 o’clock).

Occasionally, we may need to hold back the first email in a series for a while longer if there is a technical issue to sort out. If you do not receive your first email within 24 hours, please contact us at info@teachmusic.tv or phone 01425-614665.

My videos are not playing back smoothly. What do I do?
A very small number of browsers (eg. Safari for Windows) are not fully compatible with Vimeo video playback. (We host our videos on Vimeo.) Try using or downloading a different browser such as Chrome, Internet Explorer or Firefox for PC and your videos should play perfectly. (Safari and Firefox for Mac should both work fine on a Mac computer or iPad etc.)

Occasionally, a slow internet speed may affect the smoothness of video playback. If you think this could be the case, try allowing the video to buffer fully before playing.

Is PayPal secure?
PayPal is very secure and we have never had any problems with our online payment system.

Why does my PayPal receipt say I have purchased from Frantic Productions Ltd?
teachmusic.tv is a product created by music education resource company Frantic Productions Ltd, and is not a company itself.
